Cloud Base Estimator

A calculator to estimate where the cloud bases should be or can be expected to be based on surface temperature and dew point using the standard pilot's rule of thumb: the temperature and dewpoint converge at a rate of about 2.5°C (or 4.4°F) per 1,000 feet.
